O-METHYL THIOPHOSPHORYL DICHLORIDE - Production method
Methyl dichloride is prepared by the direct reaction of phosphorus trichloride and methanol at low temperature.
The measured thion trichloride is put into the reaction kettle from the high-level tank, and the quantitative methanol is added dropwise at about -10 ℃ under rapid stirring, and the reaction temperature is controlled at (-5±1)℃. After adding methanol, continue to stir for 10min at the same temperature, pump the reaction liquid into a washing kettle with cold water at about 0 ℃, stir for about 2min, then pump the reaction liquid into a separator and stand for separation, and the obtained oil layer is methyl dichloride.
